Polymerworld, part of the CHC Group, is a leading supplier of Engineering
and Commodity Plastics as well as Sabic-IP Lexan Specialty Film and Sheet.
Founded in 1987 with its head office in Elandsfontein Johannesburg, CHC
Polymerworld also has offices and warehousing in Durban, Cape Town and Port
Elizabeth.
We represent and are backed up by leading international polymer producers
such as Sabic-IP (previously GE Plastics), LG, Asahi Thermofil and Perchem,
CHC Polymerworld is able to offer an extensive product range to cover all
applications from injection moulding, extrusion to blow moulding etc.
Apart from offering raw materials, CHC Polymerworld is able to offer a comprehensive
technical support package, from material selection, mould design, product
optimisation, to tool sourcing etc. Representing Mouldex 3D, CHC Polymerworld
is now also able to offer a mould flow analysis, warp analysis etc.
