ConPro Gravimetric Weighing Systems

The increasing use of highly filled PVC and other poor flowing materials, as well as the fact that new materials cannot be processed with conventional weighing systems, resulted in the development of the I-KTW-S.
When integrated with the ConPro gravimetric systems it offers a quick recording of apparent density fluctuations of these materials. The I-KTW-S can be incorporated into an already running system. The stainless steel/aluminum body and AC motor supports processed raw materials and is designed for durability.

It is necessary to keep the material output constant, for weighing and dosing of materials. The I-KTW-S has been developed in order to assure constant output for poorly flowing materials and to ensure proper weighing and dosing of these materials. An integrated agitator avoids bridging. The unit weight is calculated via a platform load cell. Via weight reduction values the throughput is calculated and controlled.
