Submission Date : 2022-04-01
PlastiColors's "customizable plug & play colour solution" is here and launched at Propak Johannesburg 2022 as their Vibrant Range.
New Range of Standard Stock Grade Masterbatch Colorants
PlastiColors have launched a new range of standard stock grade masterbatch colorants as a modernised version of their very successful Value Range launched at Propak Cape Town 2017.
Michelle Fleming, Director at PlastiColors, shared with us her idea around the new Vibrant Range, "Our new range includes a stylish array of colours that are food contact compliant with good heat stability that can be used in a wide range of applications across the industry. An exciting extra is offered - there is a transparent colour to match each solid colour, allowing the brand owner to create matching sets."
The Vibrant range offers customers a unique opportunity to explore their creative sides and develop their own exclusive colour pallets by including a pearl or shimmer effect with their chosen masterbatch. It gives the control of the end colour back to the customer!
Reinhard Fechter, a new member of the technical team at PlastiColors, added that the stands and flags were 3D printed at Additive Manufacturing Solutions (AMS) / SA Filament using PlastiColors 3D printing masterbatch technology. The benefits of 3D printing allowed AMS to design a stand with our logo and colouring without having to manufacture a mould. This is a fast developing market and is sure to change the future of plastics processing.
The standard colour chip displays created an immediate attraction to the PlastiColors stand and will be sure to be a useful tool on any plastics manufacturing and brand owner's desk!
